So here is my story: my name is Paul, I am 23 years old, and I am incontinent. But I need to tell you why and especially how I became this way because originally, I was just ABDL and even TBDL.
I hope I have managed to pique your curiosity because my story is not ordinary at all, and I think it deserves to be read.
As far back as I can remember, I have always loved diapers. Yes, saying it like that may surprise someone who is not a fan like me.
I wet the bed very late, I would say until about 12 or 13 years old. Every morning I would wake up soaked in my bed. My parents told me it would pass with time, that I needed to be patient. Looking back, they were right but it was still difficult at the time. How could I go sleepover at a friend's house while wetting the bed? Impossible.
It would have been easier for everyone if I wore diapers since I liked them, but my parents didn't make me wear them...
Why? I don't know, and I don't think I will ever dare to ask them. I am too ashamed. Several times I managed to get some, but I always ended up getting caught by them. They questioned me, but I never wanted to talk to them about it, I regret it now.
My desire was simple: to wear diapers.
Time passed and I finally stopped wetting the bed! But not my desire to wear diapers. Still living with my parents, it was obviously complicated, even impossible.
I grew up, and at 18, I went to study in another city. That's when my life changed. I had a car and could go to pharmacies and medical supply stores to ask for samples and buy packs. I was finally free, at home, to wear diapers in my size whenever I wanted.
It was great freedom. I tried many different diapers, different models, different absorbencies. My thrill was to be wearing pajamas with a diaper underneath, or to go for a walk, shopping, or even to be in class wearing a diaper under my clothes.
I experimented with peeing in my diapers in different situations, and in a mix of shame, pleasure, and adrenaline, I enjoyed feeling the diaper warming up, and sometimes even leaking into my clothes.
The problem is, like many ABDLs, I needed more. And when I say more, it's to find that feeling of helplessness of waking up in a wet diaper in the morning or not feeling the need to pee and feeling the diaper warming up.
Let's call it a fantasy because it is. So I dreamed of losing control of my bladder. For normal people or worse, people who are actually incontinent, it's incomprehensible, but for diaper lovers, it's for some the holy grail.
We know it's wrong to dream about that, we know it's not logical, we know it goes beyond many problems in everyday life, but we want to experience it, at least temporarily. In any case, for me, that was the case.
I have always been attracted to computers and electronics. So, I thought about different technical solutions that could help me get closer to my fantasy.
I bought a pelvic re-education belt and tried to activate it on myself when I really needed to pee. I hoped that this could cause a relaxation of the muscle controlling my bladder sphincter. That would have been ideal. But as you can guess, it didn't work.
Another approach I explored was waking up in a wet diaper when I hadn't wet it before falling asleep. Not wet with pee, but with water. The idea was quite simple: to have a container of water above my bed, with a tube going from it to inside the diaper. Gravity and a dripping system did the rest. My diaper was wet with water. It took me some time to adjust but it worked. I woke up in the morning wet.
I went even further. Thanks to a small aquarium pump, water was sent into my diaper when I wished it. Being skilled in electronics and programming, I had developed a computer program that activated this pump at certain times. There was even a random mode.
So, I managed to obtain a system that truly simulated the behavior of a bladder emptying all at once, at a random time during the night. I even bought an aquarium heater that allowed me to have water close to body temperature because the cold water arriving in my diaper would wake me up.
Again, it took me a lot of adjustments to arrive at a more or less acceptable solution. The water flow had to be neither too fast nor too slow. The tube had to stay inside the diaper, otherwise the bed would get wet. I also had to mask the noise of the pump because it would wake me up when it started.
It worked! So, I would wake up in a wet diaper in the morning, or in the middle of the night. I experimented with all of this on weekends as well as on weekdays. It wasn't always easy to go to school the next day when I had only slept for three hours.
To push the limits further and especially my fantasies, I also developed a daytime and therefore portable system. I had bought what is called a camel bag or simply a flexible water bottle. I would put it in a backpack and go for a walk. At random times, the computer program contained in the electronic card would activate the pump that sent the water from the bottle into the diaper through a flexible tube.
My heart would beat very fast several times when I felt the water starting to flow into my diaper, not knowing if it would last for 5 or 35 seconds. It was up to the program to decide, and I didn't know how long it would last.
I played many times with this system: in the street, at the skating rink, in the car. I had several leaks, as well as moments of shame when strangers saw my pants getting wet. It was embarrassing but also a sought-after feeling.
I finished my studies and quickly started working. It was at that moment that my project was born, the one that led me to the person I am today.
It was one evening like many others. I had put on a diaper and was in a bar with a group of friends. One of them had struck up a conversation with the table next to us, and we all quickly gathered together. They were medical students.
I quickly hit it off with Gregory, certainly helped by alcohol. He was specializing in urology during his studies. I understood that destiny had placed him in front of me, for sure. I asked him many questions, as you may have guessed, about the possibility of the human body letting go. Because yes, even though my system worked, it felt like cheating to me because it wasn't my urine flooding my diapers, but water.
I asked him if there were medications that could make someone incontinent, if there were temporary solutions. My questions were asked in a way that he wouldn't suspect it was a desire of mine but more a search for a solution for someone I knew who had problems.
We met again another evening when it was just the two of us this time. I wanted to further investigate, and that's what I did.
I even dared to tell him everything, everything. After all, I didn't know him, and I probably wouldn't see him again. He listened to my story, and although surprised by my diaper-wearing fantasy, he understood that it was something that troubled me. Moreover, he also had a fantasy: to be with two women in bed. His was obviously more conventional but not necessarily easier to achieve, especially since he was not the most handsome or the most muscular.
We discussed the possibilities that existed for becoming incontinent. Medications could exist, but they were only side effects that could cause incontinence. Another solution was to insert a urinary catheter. He quickly explained to me that it was a medical procedure to be done by a nurse and that it was also strongly advised against letting the tube exit the bladder and enter a diaper rather than a sterile bag. There were infectious risks not to be neglected and that could be very dangerous for health.
I had already thought about this solution, but he confirmed that it shouldn't be played with. Even though I was addicted to diapers, taking risks with my health was not in my goals, even to satisfy my fantasies.
When I say I was addicted, I'm not kidding. I didn't leave my house without a diaper. It had become a habit. I was reassured to know that I could pee when I wanted. I hadn't been using my water system much lately, preferring to wet my diapers with my beer-induced urine.
_ You could also become truly incontinent by having surgery, he had told me that evening.
I still hear Gregory's words in my head. I have often thought back to that moment, and it was a key moment in my life.
